Program Overview

The Ph.D. in Global Management at SolBridge International School of Business prepares students to become global academic leaders. The curriculum combines rigorous methodological training with opportunities to specialize in key business disciplines.

| Program Duration: Minimum 3 years

| Delivery Mode: Primarily in-person; hybrid available with approval

| Credit Requirements: 36 credits (21 Core + 15 Elective)

| Language Requirement: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent (waived if submitted at admission)

Graduation Requirements

To successfully graduate from the SolBridge Ph.D. in Global Management program, students must meet the following requirements:

✔️Curricular Completion
A total of 36 credit hours

21 credits from Core Courses

15 credits from Elective Courses

✔️Academic Performance

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

✔️Comprehensive Examination

Successful completion of the general Comprehensive Graduation Exam (taken from the 5th semester onward)

✔️Dissertation Defense

Successful oral defense of the doctoral dissertation (taken from the 6th semester onward)

✔️Research Publication

At least one research publication is required. This must be either:

As the first or corresponding author in a journal recognized by the Korean Citation Index (KCI), or
As a contributing author in a reputable international peer-reviewed journal indexed in SCI, SSCI, Scopus, or an equivalent database.

✔️Language Proficiency

A minimum IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent) is required.
Students who submitted valid proof of English proficiency at the time of admission are exempt from resubmitting this requirement at graduation.
